August 6th 2024: The OC Fair is well underway at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa. One booth that is always busy is the California Lottery booth that always seems to have long lines with people getting lottery tickets and scratchers. It always seemed weird to me because you can get lottery tickets everywhere from supermarkets to liquor stores and gas stations.
The purchase for one such fair visitor has paid off as there bought a million dollar scratcher at the booth last week. Five Star Liquor of Westminster who is helping to run the Lottery Booth this year said the winner was very happy which im sure they were.
