August 14th 2024: The popular eyewear shop Warby Parker
has opened its fourth Orange County location at South Coast Plaza here in Costa Mesa. The new location is located in the Crate & Barrel wing across the street from the main mall which has many names but most know it as Crystal Court.

The eyewear maker started just online and, has since started an ever expanding retail presence with over 250 locations. The company online offers virtual try ons for glasses online but being able to try on frames in stores is always going to be better experience.
The first Orange County Warby Parker stores opened in 2019 at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, two years ago another location at the Irvine Spectrum opened with the fourth location being in Brea. The company opened 40 locations nationwide last year with another 40 locations for this year with 900 locations planned as a future goal.
South Coast Plaza is owned by the Segerstrom family and is the counties largest shopping center with 2.6 million square feet and last year had $2.5 million in taxable sales for the City Of Costa Mesa.
